Open letter to Law Council of Australia

In 2019, Lawyers for Climate Justice Australia penned an open letter to the Law Council of Australia and its constituent bodies, calling for them to declare a climate emergency in recognition of the need for urgent action to address the climate crisis. More than 300 lawyers, legal academics and law students signed the letter.
